Here are six practical actions you can take right now to grow your career and let the way forward reveal itself as you move:
#1 – Define Your Destination
The #1 reason leaders get stuck isn’t lack of talent — it’s lack of clarity. You can’t move forward without a vision of where you want to go.
Stop waiting for perfect certainty and decide what success looks like for you across your whole life and career.
Have the guts to choose what you really want, so you can stop overthinking and start taking action. Even a rough target is better than drifting aimlessly.
#2 – Clarify Your Value
You bring more value than you give yourself credit for. The key is being able to name it.
Make a list of your key accomplishments, repeatable strengths, and the kinds of problems you’ve consistently solved.
